1. AUTHORITY & INSTRUCTIONS

We act on behalf of our Client (“the Cheque Holder”) and are instructed to issue this formal Legal Notice arising out of the dishonour of a cheque issued by you in favour of our Client.

This Notice constitutes a final pre-execution demand prior to initiation of enforcement proceedings before the competent authorities.

4. FORMAL DEMAND

Accordingly, you are hereby formally called upon to:

b) Confirm payment in writing

within Seven (7) days from receipt of this Legal Notice.

5. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Take notice that failure to comply within the stipulated period shall compel our Client to initiate execution proceedings before the competent court, without further notice, including but not limited to:

  • Filing of an execution case
  • Attachment of bank accounts and assets
  • Salary attachment (if applicable)
  • Travel ban application
  • Other enforcement measures permitted by law

All legal costs, fees, and consequences shall be entirely at your risk.


6. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

This Legal Notice is issued without prejudice to all rights, claims, and remedies available to our Client under applicable laws, all of which are expressly reserved.


7. AMICABLE SETTLEMENT

Notwithstanding the above, our Client remains open to resolving this matter amicably, provided full payment is made promptly and in good faith within the timeframe stated herein.
