FORMAL LEGAL NOTICE FOR RECOVERY OF OUTSTANDING DEBT AND FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT
1. AUTHORITY & INSTRUCTIONS
We act on behalf of our Client (“the Creditor”), who has instructed us to issue this formal Legal Notice in respect of your continued failure to discharge your lawful financial obligations.
This Notice is issued prior to initiation of legal proceedings and constitutes a final pre-action demand.
2. BACKGROUND OF DEBT
2.1 On or about ___ / ___ / 20__, you entered into a lawful arrangement with our Client pursuant to which goods/services were provided and/or financial obligations arose.

5. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Take notice that should you fail to comply within the stipulated period, our Client shall proceed, without further notice, to initiate appropriate legal proceedings before the competent authorities for:
- Recovery of the outstanding amount
- Interest, damages, and penalties (where applicable)
- Legal fees and costs
- Execution and enforcement measures
All consequences arising therefrom shall be entirely at your risk as to cost and liability.
6. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
This Legal Notice is issued without prejudice to all rights, claims, and remedies available to our Client under applicable laws, contracts, and principles of equity, all of which are expressly reserved.
7. AMICABLE SETTLEMENT
Notwithstanding the above, our Client remains open to an amicable settlement, provided payment is made promptly and in good faith within the timeframe stated herein.
